Job Profile
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers) to define UI/UX requirements and design specifications for CareCloud’s healthcare platform.
- Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, keeping in mind healthcare professionals’ needs and regulatory requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user experiences.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve the user interface and experience.
- Implement designs using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Ensure consistent application of design patterns and principles across the platform to provide a cohesive user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are translated into high-quality code and meet user expectations.
- Maintain and improve design systems, ensuring consistency across different product features and updates.
- Analyze user behavior and interactions within the product to continuously improve usability and user engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX tools, and best practices to continually enhance the user experience.
Tools / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create user-centered designs for complex applications.
- Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with UI frameworks like React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive applications, particularly in the healthcare space (e.g., WCAG, ADA).
- Experience working in the healthcare technology space or with healthcare-related software.
- Experience with Prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile team.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with data visualization and designing dashboards or reports for healthcare applications.
